4/4/25: plastic Grommets required where copper piping is penetrating through metallic studs. Insulation has been installed in walls. Please remove insulation from walls in order to conduct inspection.
04/08/2025 COT - HCPL - Plumbing Intermediate  Passed 4-8-25, grommets installed throughout, DWV secured & firefoam added at penetrations. Plumbing intermediate inspection approved.
