All ceiling tiles must be removed to allow verification that all work previously covered complies with approved plans and applicable codes.
The following corrections are required:
Return air and supply air registers must be listed for commercial use and properly supported.
All flex duct must be properly supported throughout.
NM cable is not approved for commercial use above the ceiling and must be removed/replaced.
Open splices above the ceiling are not permitted.
Exposed wiring above the ceiling must be properly enclosed.
All junction box knockouts must be properly capped.
Restroom must comply with all ADA requirements.
Storage room must be properly identified.
Exit signs must be illuminated.
Ceiling insulation is missing throughout and must be installed.
Flex duct located outside the building thermal envelope must be replaced.
ABS piping in the water heater room must be properly capped.
GFCI protection is required where applicable throughout the space.
Additionally:
A licensed contractor must provide a signed letter taking responsibility for underground plumbing that was covered prior to inspection approval.
Walls must be opened as required to verify plumbing and venting within wall cavities.
