Concrete forms are set, footings are properly dug and clean of debris, vapor barrier is installed, rebar reinforcement is in place and supported off of ground, plumbing pipes are properly wrapped with foam, and Ufer ground is connected to 20' of rebar reinforcement in the bottom of the footing. Okay to pour concrete footings and slab on grade. |
