Venting incomplete at roasting stations, GFCI receptacles required with 6' of water source (near water heater and sink in employee area, ADA requirements must be met prior to inspection, Hot water lines at water heater required to be insulated, all disconnect boxes must be labeled, panels must be labeled and panel schedules must be replaced and corrected, air gap required at 3-compartment sink and proper support at plumbing drain.
