10/6/26: verified hood supports & smoke test was conducted & approved. However, per previous notes a revision letter from the architect of record is required stating that existing hood may be used. Please submit that letter to the city for review & approval. Also, submit a letter from a company who specializes in the cleaning of hoods to the city for review. Okay to install 1st layer of fire wrap at own risk. |
