8-13-25: label junction box above ceiling south of tellers station, fix leak on condenser line located outside restrooms in hallway, paint all exterior pvc on rooftop, replace 2 receptacles on roof - exterior receptacles must be weather resistance, remove tape at wall switches at restrooms to test fans, install light fixture covers above booth 3 & 4, seal scupper on east & south sides of rooftops, install light fixture at storefront metal awning, install outdoor low voltage lighting sign/ card reader, data, etc.. |
