Spacing at kitchen counter tops not per code. Missing receptacles in bedrooms per plan. Add ko seals in sub panels. Sub panels in majority of the units not per code and need to be relocated. Move smoke detector 3' away from bathroom door. Seal all top penetrations and those through party walls. Add proper junction box. Secure in place and labeling required. Stopped inspection. Other items may occur. 5/30/2025 |
