| 12/05/2025 | COT - LCBU - Building Final | Re-inspection required | 12-5-25: not ready. 12/5/25: not ready, both mini split condescending unit and Split system condescending unit are being over amped, Air handler is also being over amped, properly support liquid tight electrical whip at disconnect boxes throughout, properly label disconnect boxes to its appropriate panel and voltage with metal tags (current ones will deteriorate with sun damage), refrigerant caps required at HVAC equipment on exterior, seal all penetrations through building envelope, Conductors for temp power must be properly installed to allow for CT to close while in operation ( leaving open is not an option that will get approved), barrier required around generator, grounding required at generator, terminal lugs at CT-CAN MUST BE APPROPRIATE SIZE AND LISTED for the application, lugs are to big for current size wiring, disconnect boxes must all be labeled and label shall be metallic, SDR-35 clean-out at north entry of property must be cut to grade and capped, ADA requirements at bathroom not complete, all receptacles must be properly installed and all shall have cover plates, light fixtures in lower level closets are not operating, cover plate required at receptacle behind compressor, supports at pex must protect pex from any damage, DWV horizontal supports required every 4', j-boxes must be labeled, containers at lower level south east corner must be labeled, pressure relief valve at water heater must be terminated outside, all exterior plaster piping must be coated, gutter drain must be terminated off of path of circulation, address on building must be 15" and be installed, copper supports must be coated for protection between dissimilar material, label at air handler must be marked to signify which heat kit is installed, emt must be properly supported, engineering final must be approved, fire final must be approved, water sterilization required prior to issuance of TCO, NOT READY.
