1-Corner stud has been scabbed with approximately 4" overlap to block nailed to actual corner stud; this allows a bow present at time of inspection. 2-Sheathing is damaged approximately 6" from corner thus contributing to bow. 3-Multiple sole plates are split and missing nuts/washers. 4-Interior corner stud is bowing inward. 5-Multiple studs are not connected to sole plates adequately. |
