9-16-25: remove all debris and loose dirt from footings, wrap any exposed DWV, provide a 1 1/2" clearance at vent from forms, compact pad along east side near DWV and back porch area. Missing vertical at 48" along northeast side of home, footings at back patio call for 4-#4 verticals-see plans on page 2/detail 3 for information. Also, rebar at garage hold-downs must extend 2' 6" on each side. |
