11/21/25: Receptacle at north east hallway must be made up and have cover plate on at time of final, ADA signage required for bathroom, Drinking fountain not installed at time of inspection, Grab bars must be installed at showers, toilet seat cover dispenser shall be mounted to verify appropriate height, benches in locker rooms must be properly secured, insulation required at hot water lines greater than 3/4" in mechanical room, door shall be installed at mechanical room south east, Horizontal and Vertical supports required at DWV, PVC for Water closets shall be protected from physical damage, knock out required at north condenser at roof, properly label disconnect boxes at roof, properly label air handlers in mechanical room, panel schedules are required, panel labels required.
