12/17/2025 COT - LCPL - Yard Water Line  Re-inspection required 12-17-25: verified trench depth for main water lines for unit 1&2 approved-pex line for NW Main for irrigation will be inspected when landscaping is ready. Additionally, I noted that contractor on site had used the same trenching to install 2 unpermitted main water pex lines for 2241 & 2243 E. Sunland Vista. Emergency repairs are allowed, however, separate permits are required for the un-permitted work. Submit a site /water line plan and obtained permits. Do not backfill trench.
