The sidewalk around the building has been completed being poured today and the contractor is working on finishing up all the surfaces to have them ready for tomorrow. There are two locations one on the east side of the building and one on the north side of the building that the roof drainage is depositing Rainwater behind the sidewalks against the building. These two locations will have to be fixed so that the water that is being deposited passes underneath the sidewalk rather than onto or adjacent to. I have met with Alex Munoz and discuss these issues and he will get them repaired as soon as possible. I will not be holding up a TCO Level 4 for full Occupancy tomorrow for this work. | |
