Therefore, sections of the drywall along the bottom end will have to be removed to verify anchor bolt placements. If you have detailed pictures/video that can demonstrate proper anchor bolt spacing then provide that information to myself or Building Inspector Supervisor, Gustavo Armenta for review. Add nails/screws to interior plywood sheathing as required per plans and reschedule an inspection. Areas that have been inspected and approved and where you already have drywall installed; require proper spacing of screws. Add screws/nails to drywall at joints/seams where closer than 3/8" and assure that screws do not over penetrate more than 1/16". Call for an inspection prior to tape and texture. | |
