1-12-26: room 101-112-Fire caulk all vertical penetrations at the decking, add nail plates or re-adjust all pex lines closer than 1 1/4" from edge throughout, 101-add FHA 5x18" plate at sill plate/restroom, add clamp to pex lines above tub at backing, provide a listed means of support at restrooms throughout-2x4's are not a listed means, add fire caulk at penetrations at decking throughout, add a sister stud at non-bearing walls where over notched more than 60%-see previous notes from 12-10-25. |

14-26:add Boca plate/fha plate at top plate to protect dwv closer than 1 1/4" from edge, guest laundry room-add Boca plates at marked areas and a fha plate to protecting pair of 3" dwv, add Boca plates to base for dwv, add clamps/relocate per lines where closer than 1 1/4" from stud edges, add plumbers tape to dwv above ceiling where pipe is resting on 2x4 (throughout). Listed above rooms were the only units I inspected. Reschedule when ready. |
