07/30/2025 COT - HCEL - Electrical Progress   Partial Pass 7-30-25:verified trench depth on 5 electrical Schedule 40 conduits from room's 147-153, 3-3", 1-2", 1-1 1/2", 1-1" . Also, inspected 15 secondary Schedule 40 conduits, 13-1" & 2- 1 1/2" & grounding/bonding system from MDP to SES and back to area 147-153. Okay to backfill progress areas.
12/08/2025 COT - HCEL - Electrical Progress   Partial Pass 12-8-25: in wall rough electrical on room's 401, 402, 404, 403, 405, 406, 407, 410, 409, 408, 411, 412, 413-check receptacle spacing at south wall-spacing cannot exceed 12', receptacle missing puddy pack on south wall. Okay to continue with construction at progress areas. Will check room 413 when ready.
12/15/2025 COT - HCEL - Electrical Progress   Partial Pass 3” electric conduit lines at approximately 150’ located at Northwest corner of structure to within 5’ of transformer. Ok to cover progress area.
12/22/2025 COT - HCEL - Electrical Progress   Partial Pass 12-22-25: verified trench depth on 8-secondary 4" schedule 40 conduits together with 8-4" schedule 40 electrical primary conduits for building at north side of site. Okay to backfill trenching.
