Submit a letter to the city from framing company documenting the nailing at covered areas with stucco paper along the 1st floor and areas of the 2nd floor were nailed per the approved plans and meets the 2018 IBC. Okay to continue installing stucco paper at progress areas minus the mentioned above rooms and do not cover these walls until the rooms are re-inspected and approved.
12/16/2025 COT - HCBU - Exterior Clips/Sheathing  Partial Pass 12-16-25: add nails to marked areas at exterior sheathing, correct damaged sheathing at the northwest and at south end. 1st floor was inspected-provide a letter from a framing company documenting that sheathing at covered areas along 1st floor was installed per plans and meets the 2018IBC.
12/22/2025 COT - HCBU - Exterior Clips/Sheathing  Re-inspection required 12-22-25: unit 428-fix damaged sheathing adjacent to window, loose panel north wall of unit 433, loose panels at west wall of 431, west wall of 427, replace/repair gap between sheathing above window of unit 425-gap is 3/4", 421-East exterior wall loose, 419-west wall loose, 413-west wall south of window loose, 401-loose panels west wall south of window.
