7-2-25: unit #1-DWV must be under test including shower, install Boca plate for kitchen exhaust, tape tear on flex above subpanel in bedroom 1, firefoam penetrations at top plate, secure electrical whip at bedroom.install smoke detector at hallway. Unit 2-install Boca plate at kitchen exhaust, smoke detector at hallway, firefoam all penetrations at top plates, missing shower pan-must be under test. Unit #3-remove drywall from walls to verify receptacles, install Boca plate at kitchen exhaust, missing smoke detector at hallway, DWV must be under test, firefoam penetrations. Unit 4-firefoam penetrations at decking and at top plates, smoke detector at hallway, DWV not under test, Unit 5-install Boca plate plate at kitchen exhaust, install smoke detector at hallway, fix tear to flex at bathroom area, Unit 6- connect flex to register, missing smoke detector at hallway, Boca plate at kitchen exhaust, firefoam penetrations at decking and at top plates, DWV not under test. |
