11/26/2024 COT - HCEL - Electrical Underground  Partial Pass 11/26/2024 conduit in place for third island. Per approved plans. Electrical room x6 3"conduit stubbed up to pole box 15. From pole box 15 heading north approximately 45´to future pole box. Station 691. Okay to backfill progress areas.
11/27/2024 COT - HCEL - Electrical Underground  Partial Pass 11-27-24, total of 19 light cages inspected. Reinforcement/depth on 18 were verified as per approved plans. However, light cage on the far west end of island 2 does not meet depth requirements. Okay to proceed on the remaining 18 but a reinspection is required light cage in question.

12/04/2024 COT - HCEL - Electrical Underground  Partial Pass 12-4-24, all light cages verified as per approved plans. Okay to pour concrete.
12/31/2024 COT - HCEL - Electrical Underground  Partial Pass 12-31-24, verified schedule 40 conduits for island's 1, 2, 3 leading to panels/ct near main entrance. Okay to backfill and continue with construction.
