ADDTL COMMS - UNIT D - THERE IS A BAD COOLER LINE LEAK IN THE REAR YARD. THERE IS A HOLE IN THE FLOOR NEXT TO THE TUB. THE EXTERIOR DOORS LACK WEATHER STRIPPING. THERE ARE PAINTED SHUT WINDOWS AND SOME MISSING CRANKS. THE DRAINS SEEM TO BE HAVING A PROBLEM WITH BACKUPS. TENANT SAID SOUTHWEST GAS WOULD NOT TURN THE FURNACE ON IF A GAS CONNECT IS REQUESTED. |
