THERE ARE ALSO HOT WATER HEATING UNITS THAT DO NOT HAVE TEMPERATURE/PRESSURE RELIEF VALVES, AND SOME DONOT HAVE EXTENSION PIPES FROM THE T/PR VALVES THAT ARE PRESENT. THERE ARE BROKEN WINDOWS IN MANY UNITS, INOPERABLE BATHROOM WINDOWS IN MANY UNITS AND SLIDING GLASS DOORS THAT ARE INOPERABLE OR BARELY OPERABLE. THERE ARE A COUPLE OF TOILETS THAT NEED TO BE SECURED TO THE FLOOR AND ONE SHOWER MISSING A SHOWER HEAD.
