UNGROUNDED OUTLETS WERE FOUND THROUGHOUT THE UNIT AND A DEFECTIVE LIGHT WAS FOUND IN THE REAR BEDROOM. UPON RETURN FROM THE INSPECTION, THE PROPERTY MANAGER, DALE BENNIGAN WAS CONTACTED TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT TO INSPECT THE REMAINDER OF THE UNITS. AN APPOINTMENT WAS MADE FOR OCT 5 IN ORDER TO GIVE DALE TIME TO NOTIFY TENANTS AND DEAL WITH COURT EVICTION HEARINGS FOR TWO TENANTS ON OCT 1 THE ORIGINAL INSPECTION TOOK PLACE ON 9/29
