ADDTL COMMS - unit 1448 is vacant. 4 broken windows on north and west sides. no cold water shut off on gas water heater at east exterior. improper running of romex from north exterior panel to the west and east sides of the structure. open wire junction at northwest corner. 3 sections of stockade fencing laying on the ground at the south side of the building. the gas was off at the time of inspection. according to cortney richmond, the person who brought the complaint, there were no gas leaks now, just in the past. the building was locked and could not be entered to evaluate the integrity of the paint, that may or may not be lead based. the south porch was structurally sound at the time of inspection. however, the roof was not accessed as there was no ladder available. unit 1446 #2 showed no exterior deficiencies other than aesthetic componants. the rear yard could not be accessed to evaluate wet soil which may be a water line leak. the rear yard is fenced. |
