These are old Frank Greer cases which are old and have been assigned to the PaHC inspectors for completion and are now considered new to this inspector. Keep the same project number for proper tracking. Look into the computer to see if a permit has been issued, then inspect the property to make sure the permit matches what is out there. If you find any other violations, address accordingly. Do not use the original notice, a new one from you must be issued if necessary. Pictures are necessary regardless of violation present or not. Case has been assigned to C-12. |
