ADDTL COMMS - The complaint is actually located at 2231 N. Columbus bl, this is a small one story complex with some of the units not addressed properly. The complaint originated from Carol Castas a nurse with Carandlet Behavior Health who was concerned that the unit was unsanitary due to too many animals inside the house. Inspection was conducted by Rick Saldate and Steve Long who found some animal waste but not sufficent quantities to issue a notice. In addition the tenant does have CPES which is a social agency who checks on the status of the unit daily and is currently addressing the unsanitary conditions. The Social Svc agent is Mary McClousky -882-6543. DSC shall conduct one more follow up inspection and close case if progress has been made. |
