ADDTL COMMS - THIS IS A BRAND NEW HOUSE. ANY PROBLEMS WOULD BE WITH BUILDER OR ARCHITECT NOT MINIMUM HOUSING. THE COMPLAINANT WAS NOT HOME AT OUR APPOINTED MEETING TIME SO A COMPLETE INSPECTION WAS NOT DONE. A MESSAGE WAS LEFT EXPLAINING TO TENANT THAT I COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG OUTSIDE BUT IF HE WANTED ME TO COME OUT AGAIN HE COULD CALL MY OFFICE. |
