ADDTL COMMS - on 5-14-99 DSC responded to a TPD call re min-house violations. Upon inspection, the interior was in a state of unsanitary condition. The bathroom was filled with animal fecis with trails of urine through the hall way. The front living room was filled with debris to the extent that access was not availible through the front door or any other entrance. TPD informed DSC that CPS has an open case regarding the child. In addition the kitchen was filled with roting food stuff including the contents in the refridgerator. The owner was on site ( Aurora Hernandez @ 42 N. Palomas, Tucson. She was informed that the structure was condemed and a N & O, Imdemnification was signed. DSC will continue to monitor the structure until compliance is achieved. |
