ADDTL COMMS - Reinsp of the property found utilities reconected and the rear yard area cleaned of all debris. Condemnation has been removed and closure of this case shall be completed once all legal paperwork re billing and other accounting has been taken care of. As a reminder all dumpsters provided shall be taken care of by DSC in regards to costs. Fencing costs shall be discussed with Susan Harbin in order to see if assistance can be granted. |

ADDTL COMMS - This case was originally a fire call out by the Generals who in the process of addressing the fire cut utilities. One issue was that the owner had been conducting work on Electrical without permits. After some time it was assigned to Rick Saldate. Since that time DSC fenced the property and provided dumpsters(3) to assist the 80yr old owner. He has recently had a licenced contractor complete the work and passed DSC electrical inspection. My conversation with the owner last week revealed the owners confusion in regards to calling TEP. He stated that a TFD chief (NET TEAM) came by to take a look and said he would contact TEP. I relayed to the owner that he must take care of it and I would re inspect the property in two days. Please take note that there are two additional project numbers in the computer, one for the initial fire call out and the elect inspection. |
