5) SPACE # 1328 HAS INSTALLED A ROLL UP DOOR IN THE BACK WITHOUT PROPER PERMITS OR INSPECTION. PERMITS MUST BE OBTAINED AND THAT SPACE WILL ALSO REQUIRE A CofO.

6) TENANT SPACE 1354 APPEARS TO HAVE ILLEGALLY ANNEXED SPACE 1352. PLANS AND A NEW CofO WILL NEED TO BE OBTAINED. CURRENT CofO ISSUED AFTER TI IN 1999 IS FOR 7700 SQUARE FEET.

7) THE CHECK CENTER AT THE WEST END OF THE MALL NEEDS TO HAVE THE SIGNAGE ON THE SOUTH WALL INSTALLED PER THE NEC.

8) ALL ELECTRIC WIRING IN THE EXTERIOR SOFFITS NEEDS TO BE BROUGHT UP TO CODE BY A LICENSED ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR.

9) THE ROOF TOP EXAUST VENTS AT THE LAUNDRY ARE TO TERMINATE WITH A 180 DEGREE BEND SO THAT WATER WILL NOT ENTER BUILDING.
