THE FIREPLACE HEARTH IS NOT CONSTRUCTED PER SUPERIOR FIREPLACE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS. COMBUSTIBLE MATERIAL IS NOT ALLOWED ABOVE THE BOTTOM OF THE UNIT IN FRONT OF THE FIRE BOX. 4.
