On site manager states that they are trying to find parts to make repairs to rooftop heaters, meanwhile space heaters have been provided to the tenants. I have been trying to make contact with Terry Young @ Tucson Realty & Trust to find out when they believe heaters will be fixed. Left message at her office on 12/10 and 12/14 for her to call DSC. 12/14/98 Spoke to Terri Young at Tucson Realty & Trust. She indicates that she is having hard time getting owner to release funds to make repairs and cannot give me a time frame for completion. She was notified that a 3 day N&O would be issued. 12/17/98 Spoke to Peter Casey @ Tucson Realty & Trust. He has asked that we wait on citations for change of owner- ship. The property is in bankruptcy court and should convert to lender within next 10 days. Mr. Casey indicates that lender will have no problem making repairs when they take over property. A 10 day extension has been granted per Susan Harbin. Mr. Casey has been notified. | |
