Contacted owner informing that he must remove all signs of habitation due to continued complaints from nieghbors and keep front gates secure while not working on property. I informed him that I will conduct a follow-up inspection on Friday and if front gates are open will place a lock and chain requiring him to contact me when he wants to work on property. | |
