Initially, this was a TPD call with minors living in a sub-std house with DSC condeming the structure and having it secured. DSC has since periodically had to re address this property due to breeches to securement with DSC slowley escalating action in order to keep out the minors and transients out. On March 23rd DSC responded to a TPD call requesting assistance due to living conditions regarding a condemed and previously secured structure. Human fecis was found being discharged onto the rear yard area. The interior was also found habitated illegally with no utilities at all. It was believed that the occupants had a key to the outside securing gate. Due to the continuing problem with breakins DSC ordered a contractor to wield the gates secure. NOTE: It is believed that the owner is currently in jail with no one assigned to act as a responsible party. | |
