HE STATED THAT ANYTHING THAT DSC NEEDS, OR WANTS TO DO TO SECURE THE PROPERTY IS OK WITH HIM. 12/15/98 NEIGHBOR TO SOUTH OF PROPERTY CAME INTO OFFICE & STATES THAT THE BUILDING IS BEING ACCESSED BY MANY TRANSIENTS AT THIS TIME. THE NEIGHBOR TO THE EAST HAS HAD TO LEAVE HER HOME TO STAY WITH FRIENDS FOR FEAR OF THE TRESSPASSERS. SUBJECT ADDRESS IS BEING ACCESSED THROUGH ROOF WINDOW, SOUTH BATHROOM, AND REAR WINDOWS. | |
