This case was ref by the Council ofc some time ago. DSC has contacted the owner who secured the two structures. DSC put the owner in contact with CSD to apply for federal funding to demolish the structure. The owner is in contact with Hector Guerra of CSD and waiting for the application to be approved. DSC will continue to monitor the structure until such time. All parties in the complaint process has been E-mailed with status of project.
