ADDTL COMMS - THE PEX WATER PIPING UNDER THE SLAB IS ACCEPTED AS IS. THE PIPING WAS NOT UNDER WATER PRESSURE AT THIS INSPECTION, THEREFORE; I CANNOT WARRANT IT TO BE FREE OF DEFECTS. I ADVISE THE BUILDER AND HIS PLUMBING CONTRACTOR TO TEST THE PIPE UNDER NORMAL AVAILABLE WATER PRESSURE PRIOR TO BURYING IT UNDER THE FOUNDATION. |
