ADDTL COMMS - BE SURE FHA STRAPS LONG ENOUGH TO HOLD 3 NAILS ON EACH END ARE INSTALLED ACROSS FLOOR SILL/ BOTTOM PLATE WHERE CUT IN HALF TO ALLOW PLUMBING PIPE TO PENETRATE FROM FOUNDATION. THESE MUST BE INSTALLED BEFORE INSULATING FOAM AND STUCCO MESH ARE INSTALLED. |
