The city is requiring that the contractor do some Hydro seeding and other vegetation work. I sent an email to David Markefka and asked if they were completed with that work yet. I don’t want to close this permit until all of the work is done.
09/12/2022 TRSP - ROW - Recurring Re-inspection required TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION - It appears they have retrenched and moved the lines from private property. The walking path has been restored. I do not know if they have done the work that Dave Markefka asked them to do. I am going to send an email to Dave Markefka and ask if he knows anything about the hydroseeding.
09/01/2022 TRSP - ROW - Recurring Re-inspection required TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION - Halfway has been rehabilitated. The underground has been completed. The sidewalk has been cleaned up. I’m gonna keep this open until Dave Markefka gives it he’s OK.
08/30/2022 TRSP - ROW - Recurring Re-inspection required TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION - Truenet is out here re-trenching. I informed them that they had to fix the walking path on private property and they had to re-plant some plants that got destroyed. They also need to clean up the sidewalk and re-compact the areas that were trenched through.
08/29/2022 TRSP - ROW - Recurring Re-inspection required TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION - I talked to Jake Ripley from Truenet.I explained to Jake Ripley that the underground lines put in some of them were on private property and the walking path was damaged and needs to be fixed.He is going to look into this and call me back.

The walking path on private property was messed up. I will call the contractor and get them out here to move their line and to fix the walking path.
08/22/2022 TRSP - ROW - Recurring Re-inspection required TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION - Had pre-con with contractor. They are going to start tomorrow. They are going a little bit further than what’s on the permits. I didn’t think that was a big deal or they’re not going that much further. They will be off the sidewalk in the dirt area to the north.

10/05/2022 TRSP - ROW - Recurring Re-inspection required TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION - All the civil work is done. We are waiting on the contractor to Hydro seed the private property that got damaged. Dave Markefka is going to let me know when it’s completed. I don’t want to close this permit until that is done.
