It was agreed with me and Dan Robertson that anywhere there is a trench it will be tee topped Per the specifications and then fog seal for 25 feet in each direction for every lane affected. The bore pits and potholes will be the regular T top patch per the spec and fog seal will you put in that area. I talked to Jesus about the start time at 9 o’clock and he approved an earlier start. Any coring that is done will be put back in per the specs. The work hours will be from 7 AM to 5 PM. As per Southwest Gas. | |

They are going to put permanent patches in and fog seal the entire fast lane where there were trenches. All of the holes close to each other will be made into one patch. They are using slurry as their backfill. The area on North Camino Seco that they pot holed they are going to do permanent patches on those. Also the area on South Camino Seco, they will do permanent patches. | |

I was told they were boring 500 to 1000 feet at a time. There are a lot of holes in the fast lane of speedway. The boring machine tracks are leaving ruts in the roadway also. I am now requiring them to follow the utility manual and do a 2 inch mill and fill on the entire Fastlane of speedway. I called Southwest gas and told them this, we are going to have a meeting. On Camino Seco, north of Speedway Boulevard, that area is a moratorium, they cut into the bike lane of Camino Seco. | |
