Permit says 7 to 4. I asked the contractor not to set up prior to traffic restrictions from 7 to 9. Forbes Road can be set up at seven but too much traffic on Grant for early set up. I informed him that just cause the permit says it doesn’t mean it’s always right. I informed my supervisor Dan Robertson and the inspector Travis.
