1. Proposal includes addition of a 2nd sign on 22nd Street frontage, and frontage is less than 450' along 22nd Street. Requires referral to SDRC process. Sign proposed matches the "V" shaped double-faced monument sign at the corner of 22nd / Craycroft, both a static letter set and a digital screen overall sign area approximately 42 sqft. This new sign would face Craycroft north bound traffic, but is positioned to connect to the "V" shaped sign structure, and is also located on the 22nd St side of the bisection line.
