UDC: 7.4.6.D.2.b. & 74.6.F.2.b a. Provide 18" distance from adjacent parking space to sign structure b. Provide 24" distance from adjacent driveway to sign structure c. Acknowledge sign is setback 30' from curb, is on site in landscape island and out of SVT d. Acknowledge property management permission for freestanding sign allowance e. Adjust the frontage listed on the application to match the site plan sheet f. Adjust the frontage listed on sheet 4 to match the site plan sheet 2. NEC / OLC: a. Check the amps pulled for this sign and adjust sheet 4 as necessary b. Add note "all sign components to be UL listed and UL sticker applied to sign structure with installer sticker c. Note location of power supply for the sign (i.e. adjacent pedestal or inside building?) d. Note that dedicated sign circuit shall be labeled e. This Raising Cane's location may be open past midnight, as some of their operations in Tucson are to 1 a.m. Please provide notation that sign timer is to be set to midnight or the closure of the business, which ever time is later is allowed. 3. IBC: a. For clarity purposes, add note that all welds to be in shop, no on -site welding to occur.
