UDC: A) revise site frontage on application and on the location plan to 68 feet per city's GIS mapping system, taken from east sidewalk adjacent to the building to the back of the building's handicapped parking spaces at the west side of the building. B) Maximum sign area is 68 x 3 = 204 - the plans show sign area is exceeded. However, please note that the sign area is not measured correctly on the plans and should be revised to box the top sign and then box the bottom sign on each of the elevations, and should cumulatively be 204 square feet in area. C) Revise the plans and permit application to note 7 signs. And also understand that also the red backer panel will still count because it is a different color than the building wall surface. Revise.
