UDC: a. Site plan sheet for Signs A and B has odd dimensions on it referencing 8.6 and 3.5 feet - but clearly not to the points noted, remove or adjust these notes. Understood sign setbacks are met and out of the 20' deep easements on the property that extend 20' deep into the site. 2. NEC / OLC a. Provide note that timer shall be shut off at midnight for all structures. b. Show shut off switch and provide lockout - all sign structures. c. The side blue light on the section detail is shown exposed, provide cover to enclose the light to meet outdoor lighting code and label the cover. Ok if translucent, just no direct visibility of the bulb. d. Enlarge electrical detail for signs C-F - cannot read all the information clearly 3. IBC a. Cross-section of Sign A and B do not match the proposal with raised lettering on the sign surface, revise and show method of attachment or mounting for the raised lettering b.
