On the location map: A. the sign location is hard to read due to the position of the label and arrow, please move them so that they point down / south toward the sign location (so it is clearly understood the sign is on the north elevation) and separate the arrow from the sign position so that the red line indicating the sign can be seen clearly. Thank you! B. On the location map, please label Centennial Street. 2. IBC 2018 / construction detail: A. label the mounting diagram for what it is, and also note that it is a "side view" B. label the canopy on the mounting diagram C. label the letters on the mounting diagram D. provide the size and typical number of screws per letter to affix to the canopy on the mounting diagram E. provide the typical size and number of screws from the mounting plate to the letters on the mounting diagram F. clearly label the mounting plate(s) on the mounting diagram G. clearly label the canopy mounting arm H. is there a protrusion of the canopy in front of the letter / but below the letter? It is unclear what the piece is below the letter but in front of it... ? 3. On the elevation view: The elevation view is black / white and hard to read with white signage. On the elevation view, please add an orange color to the canopy similar to the photo adjacent, so it is clear where the canopy is in relation to the white sign. (8 or less signs, and all attached to a building) Either schedule 09830 as a remote video inspection by leaving your date desired, and then include in the message your phone number and email address OR Email PDSDsigninspections@tucsonaz.gov pictures of the following items to conduct the self-certification inspection: Elevation view of installed signs to match approved plans Angled pic of sign lettering to contain the UL sticker in install sticker Shut off switch labeled breaker panel - clearly ID signs, ID business location in pic breaker panel switches in "on" position for signs Pic of timer - ID shut off time set to, and ID business location in pic Note that a lock out may be required, depending on location of shut off and location of sign.
