UDC: a. (Not addressed) Sign needs to be shown on a precise location plan because it is in the right of way under a building canopy. Use the development plan sheet that was used for the Hexagon projecting sign. Show the precise location of the sign in relation to the building features and the property line. b. Note that this sign will need a Temporary Revocable Easement (TRE) for placement in the right of way, separate from the building canopy and the TRE for it. (Staff has confirmed the number will be case 2022-005B, once sign location noted on the development plan sheet.) c. Real Estate Division has provided TRE number 2022-005B for the sign to aerially enroach right of way under the building canopy.
