1. UDC:
A) Measure frontage from east to western drive thru lane edges and revise plan to show correct frontage along Speedway Blvd. (developed area of the establishment)
B) Measure frontage from north to south drive thru lane edges and revise plan to show correct frontage along Wilmot Road frontage (developed area of the establishment)
C) Note that all drive thru signs and sign structures shall be setback 1' from face of drive thru cub to leading edge of sign structure per 7.4.6.f.2.a.
2: NEC:
A) provide number of circuits
