UDC: A)7A.4.1.F - provide written property management permission for the signage. B) UDC 7a.10.2.c. - PAD development in commercial area = sign area allowance is 3 square feet per 1 foot of street frontage. The application shows 24' wide street front (72 sq.ft. maximum) and a proposed total of 75.4 square feet of sign area (distributed between two building elevations). Sign area is exceeded. C) To reduce the sign area proposed, you may break down the logo to count only the positive space, per 7A.6.1: In cases where non-useable space is within the measurement rectangle and the non-useable space is greater than fifty percent of the area of the useable sign area, the measurement rectangles may enclose the useable sign area only. The Logo is a "plus sign" and is currently boxed to include negative space. 2.
