1) The gray painted framing around the sign lettering counts towards the sign area, please provide dimension for that area and update the sign area on the plan set and application. (It's a 3 to 1 ratio, not a concern about sign area allowed here given the long frontage of the location, it's just to document for the permit. UDC 7A.6.1.)
2.) OLC:
A) Set time clock to curfew of midnight and not as such on plans.
B) Note location of time clock for inspection on the plan set.
3) NEC:
A) note location of dedicated circuit / breaker panel
B) provide lock out at breaker panel for safety to service sign since disconnect switch is not on the sign, but on the power pak (per inspection supervisor, David Roberts)
4) This project qualifies for a self-certification inspection, and instructions will be provided at permit issuance.
