Sign Standards, National Electrical Code (NEC), Outdoor Lighting Code (OLC), International Building Code (IBC) 2018. 1) Partial Approval issued, thank you for the detailed plan set. 2) Provide street frontage dimensions for Speedway (entire lot and building wall lengths) and Kold Road (entire lot length and building wall length). (It is clear that the commercial PAD-3 area of the site has sufficient sign area allowance for the proposed signage, this information is for the permit record, thank you.) 3) Sign H is being completely removed and to be reinstalled. While this is not a brand new sign, for code purposes, this has to be reviewed as if a new sign for electrical and mounting details. Please provide the standard notations on the plan set for the mounting and volts, amps, circuits, timer, 4400k max, shut off switch and circuit location... 4) Please return the plan set to Heather.Thrall@tucsonaz.gov for completion.
